Documented, Unclear, and Not Established

Documented. The product facts are checkable: the generator family and its published output ranges, the free Windows-only software and its update cadence roughly every two to three months, the preset library and its naming conventions, the multi-generator ceiling, the one-year standard generator warranty, the absence of telephone support, and the community's approximate size. The book also notes that of the platform's delivery modes, Contact and PEMF rest on the clearest underlying bioelectromagnetic literature, and that photobiomodulation at the Cold Laser wavelengths has a mature literature for specific clinical indications — while adding that consumer modules differ from the devices cleared for those indications, so the literature does not transfer automatically. What is documented here is the existence and shape of that research, not any result for this device.

Unclear or unverified. Every performance figure on this platform is the manufacturer's own. Central's peak-power and voltage claims have not been audited by an independent laboratory, and no third-party lab has publicly audited any consumer Rife machine for delivered field strength under normal operating conditions. The advertised 50,000-plus preset count is inflated by variants of the same underlying frequency across five databases; the distinct community-documented frequencies a realistic user will ever run number in the thousands. Biofeedback sits here too: a Pulse or GX Pro scan tells you that under the conditions of that scan your heart rate variability showed a measurable response to certain frequencies. It is a tool for personalized exploration, not a diagnostic instrument, and neither the Pulse nor the platform is approved by any regulatory body for diagnostic use. The book's workflow is three baseline scans on three different days, treating only the frequencies that repeat as candidates.

Not established. Remote mode's stated mechanism — a frequency applied to a hair or nail clipping acting on the body it came from — is not predicted by any currently accepted mechanism in physics, and the quantum-entanglement framings sometimes invoked do not describe an experimentally demonstrated phenomenon at biological scales. Where the Frequencies Come From

A reader who thinks they are running "Rife's frequency for X" is often running something added to a database decades after Rife's death.

Spooky2's saving grace here is that its filenames say so, if you learn to read them. Each preset encodes both its delivery mode and its database source as suffixes. Mode codes are (C) Contact, (R) Remote, (P) Plasma, (PEMF), (CL) Cold Laser, and (S) Scalar. Source codes include (CAFL) for the Consolidated Annotated Frequency List, (PROV) for provisional and less-established frequencies, (ETDF) for the Spooky2-specific database, (XTRA) for miscellaneous entries ranging from reasonably sourced to essentially anonymous, (HC) for the Hulda Clark lineage, (JK) for the Johnson Killing community method, and (BW) for basic-wave templates.

This is why the book calls reading the suffix the single most important software habit on the platform. "Arthritis (CAFL) C" and "Arthritis (CAFL) R" share a name and a frequency list but are physically different signals delivered by different means. The suffix is also the only grading the file carries: a CAFL entry represents decades of community iteration, a PROV entry represents one or a few practitioners' early work, and an XTRA entry may represent a single forum post. The book names Contact and PEMF as the most defensible starting pair because the underlying bioelectromagnetic literature on each is clearest, with Plasma, Remote, Cold Laser, and Scalar added in whatever order matters to you. That short list eliminates machines faster than any specification sheet, and it stops you paying for capabilities you will not use.

Budget the generator plus about thirty percent, and get hands on a machine first if there is any way to do so. Rife communities maintain informal lending networks, workshops, and demo events; the book's estimate is that thirty minutes with a machine teaches more about comfort and interface than thirty hours of forum reading. Failing that, watch user-uploaded video of the specific model and accessory setup you are considering. Comfort in use is not readable from a spec sheet.

If you do buy, the first-session discipline is worth knowing in advance. Leave the factory defaults alone for the first ten sessions — square wave, 180-second dwell, Contact amplitude at roughly 25 percent of maximum.
